Description
Leaf: simple; symmetrical (?); ovate (?); apex missing; base rounded; margin dentate except at base where entire; teeth with acute glandular apices, shallow rounded sinuses, concave sides; venation suprabasal (?) marginal actinodromous; midvein weak, straight; pectinal veins slightly curved, departing the midvein at 50°, pectinal abmedials depart at angles of 50°; superior secondaries moderate, straight or curved, branched, depart the midvein at angles of 30-35°; tertiary venation indistinct.
Remarks
This poorly preserved incomplete specimen appears to have been deposited folded about the midvein. The short petiole was evidently borne at an angle to the plane of the leaf which is why it appears at an angle to the midvein.
